STEP 7 – MENTAL ALERTNESS WITH PEPPERMINT

We have discussed using PEPPERMINT for an energy boost, but did you know that you can also use it to promote mental alertness?

Using PEPPERMINT topically, aromatically, or putting a drop on your tongue while studying will promote focus and concentration. Use alone or combine with ROSEMARY.Then, if tested on what you were studying, allow a PEPPERMINT Beadlet to dissolve on your tongue. Your brain will associate the study session with the PEPPERMINT. This can in turn, help you remember what you studied.

Here’s a couple of Diffuser Blend Recipes to help with mental alertness and study time.

• 2 drops PEPPERMINT Essential Oil

• 2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

STUDY TIME DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE # 2: PROFESSOR PEPPERMINT

• 2 drops PEPPERMINT Essential Oil

• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

• 2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

Diffuse before and during study periods.
